1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Firecloud Printz website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Nature of 3D Printing

  • Quality Variations: 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. You acknowledge that minor surface imperfections (such as layer lines or small blemishes) are a natural part of the process and are not considered defects.

  • Material Suitability: While we use high-quality materials, Firecloud Printz LLC is not responsible if a chosen material fails under specific environmental conditions (e.g., heat deformation of PLA) unless we specifically recommend it for that use.

3. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Content

  • Customer Ownership: You represent that you own the rights to, or have permission to print, any files (STLs, OBJs, etc.) you upload.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Firecloud Printz LLC against any legal action regarding copyright or patent infringement related to your designs.

  • Prohibited Items: We reserve the right to refuse any order. We will not print:

  1. Functional weaponry or firearm components.

  2. Hate speech or illegal contraband.

  3. Items that violate third-party intellectual property.

  • Purchasable Pre-Made Prints: All 3D prints that are on our store we have the legal authorization to sell them. We are a Hive Authorized Seller, our Hive ID is #KD2RCKH99B. All credits to the designers are written in the description of each item.

4. Quotes and Payment

  • Pricing: Quotes are valid for 14 days. Prices are subject to change based on file complexity or material costs.

  • Payment: Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Shipping and Lead Times

  • Estimates: Any lead times provided are estimates. As a company founded in 2026, we strive for modern efficiency, but hardware maintenance or high volumes may occasionally cause delays.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the item is handed to a third-party carries (e.g., UPS, FedEx), the risk of loss passes to the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Nature: Because 3D prints are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind.”

  • Defects: If an item arrives broken or significantly deviates from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or partial refund.
